Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All items are delivered via Australia Post, are fully trackable and insured. The usual delivery time is 3-4 days or 1-2 days for Express Post.

We ship all items at our standard delivery fee of $9.95 or you have the option to upgrade to Express Post for $14.95.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post which you can use on their website to track your order.

If you do not receive your order within 10 business days please contact us and we will investigate.

Returns

Wireless Headphones Store stands by it’s products and will quickly replace any product that arrives not working correctly. We require the customer to inform us of a non functioning product within 7 days of being delivered.

If you receive a non functioning product, contact us to organise a replacement. We’ll run through how you can send the product back to us and get a new item out to you quickly.

Please be aware of the following points related to warranty returns:

  • Only faulty products are able to be returned. We will not accept returns for change of mind or no longer needed reasons.
  • Wireless Headphones Store must be notified by phone or email prior to items being returned so that we can first help diagnose the cause of the issue.
  • Any items sent to us that we find in perfect working condition will incur a fee for our time and a delivery fee to have the items sent back to you.
  • All shipping costs incurred with warranty returns after the 7 day delivery period will be paid by the customer.
  • Items being returned must be packed appropriately for shipping as any item that looks to have been damaged due to improper use or negligence may void your warranty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
