Headphones are connected to phone but no music will play through them?

If your headphones are correctly paired and connected to your phone then check that your phone isn’t in Do Not Disturb or similar mode. With some headphones this mode can stop Spotify and other music apps from using the bluetooth headphones as the device to use.

How long will it take to receive my items?

Generally all of our products will be in stock and sent out the same day if you order before 2pm (on business days).

If an item has just gone out of stock we will contact you to inform you of the delay and offer a refund or upgrade to a similar or better product if you don’t want to wait.

Once the item is in the post it typically takes 3-4 days or 1-2 days with Express Post.
